GOLDEN BALL YOUTH ACADEMY
We are committed to providing a well-rounded developmental environment for young soccer players in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. Our experienced training staff holds nationally and internationally recognized coaching and physical training licenses, focusing on refining technical skills, enhancing athletic performance, and mastering match tactics.

TEAM TRAINING & MATCHES
Our Travel Teams combine focused academy-style training by gender, age, and skill level, evolving into a cohesive team-oriented approach as they prepare for upcoming matches. Our Head Coach and Technical Director curate appropriate tournament schedules that align with our teams' abilities, providing optimal competitive experiences. League matches take place within the Club Champions League (CCL), encompassing local and regional games, delivering valuable playing opportunities while focusing on practical skill development and teamwork.
Performance Training Program
At the Golden Ball Indoor facility, we help build a better athlete by enhancing speed, agility, jumping ability, functional strength, first-step explosion, balance and stabilization, cutting and change of direction skills, acceleration, speed endurance, footwork, throwing velocity and distance, body control, running mechanics, lateral movement, and functional flexibility.
Goalkeeper Program
This program will develop proper technical skills including goalkeeper positioning, building into distribution and dynamic competitive group training. There will be one weekly goalkeeper training program throughout summer and winter Programs and during fall and spring seasons.

ADDITIONAL PROGRAMS
LITTLE ACADEMY + CAMPS
Alongside our Youth Academy catering to ages U9-U19, we proudly offer the Little Academy and seasonal camps. The Little Academy arranges training and friendly matches to offer players under 9 years old an introduction to gameplay. Coach Baca also leads year-round and seasonal programs, including free community clinics, Summer camp, and Winter indoor camp for wider participation.
